If you are not currently a member of a Drow team and you wish to play with Drow in SC2, simply follow these steps:
Create a forum account.
Apply for access by clicking: User CP, Group Memberships, Starcraft 2 Members.
You'll be asked why you want to join this user group. Type in your realID (only SC2 moderators will have access to this).
A moderator will contact you via your ID to ensure your identity at which time you will be given membership access.
