1. Not really, speed difference for most users is not noticeable.
2. They all do that and have done so for years..nothing new here.
3. Again they can all do this if you turn on the option. Defaulting it on is actually quite annoying.
4. Subjective opinion - For argument I will assume you are referring to the simplicity of the interface, imo I find it overly simplified and frustrating to find what I need.
5. Different from other browsers how?
6. Again, different from other browsers how?
7. Who actually uses a web browser offline?
8. Different from other browsers how?
9. More processes are not a good thing.
So, how does any of this boost productivity? While google is my hands down preferred search engine and gmail, wave and analytics are awesome tools that I use all the time. Chrome has yet to impress me on any level and I find it far more frustrating to use then firefox.

Half of the stuff in Chrome is a direct rip off from Opera 9 and Opera 10.
Half the stuff in any new browser is a direct rip off of one created before it.
Half the stuff in the next FPS will be a direct rip off of the previous one. Take the controls. I bet you a dollar wasd movement with mouse look. And *gasp* the left mouse button will be the fire button!
Seriously that is the evolution of software folks, take one persons idea, make it better.
