I have picked up body parts and then eaten lunch but that makes me want to hurl. I actually came back from Afghanistan with a smaller cyst like that. I had it operated on but they could never fix the problem so every now and then it comes back. My wife, a nurse drains it every now and then and it is amazing the volume of stuff that comes out and mine is nowhere the size of that one. And yeah the smell is horrendous.
