I am 26 years and work full time at a lumber company. I am a huge computer gamer :P First game I played was Half Life *bought it on the second day of its release* and beta tested CS. Since then I have gone and played Everquest / Star Wars Galaxies / Everquest 2 / World of Warcraft which filled up my time. Played lots of FPS games when I had a chance - Battlefield 2 *was in a clan that was just about to get into tournaments but they disbanded* Battlefield 2142 / of course Half Life / CS / CS:S / Team Fortress 2 / and Call of Duty 4 * one of the best fps games I have played *

* Your proposal for creating a new DROW team. This must include details about the game, how you plan to recruit members for your team, how you plan to structure your team in terms of officers, etc.

So I was thinking maybe we can get 2 sides for this game for DROW. Royals and nationals. To scrim with each other when we can. As of right now I am just trying to get other nationals to join the group on the BF Heroes forums. Currently lookin for skilled players who can work well in a team environment. Would be hard for me at the moment to recruit for the other side when I am currently working on my main character. Which comes to officers... I would choose a person that I know through DROW that plays on the other team to look over new possible recruits and provide information to what they need to work on. Will also have an officer to look over for the nationals as well. Scrimming Officer - a person nominated by other officers for their soul priority is to look for other clans to scrim on a set date. Scrimming officer would be responsible for finding matches for both DROW factions.

As of now getting into games with friends or guild / clan members is a pain in the ass. Its currently in open beta and hopefully by the time its released there will be a better way to join friends / clan members.

* And most importantly, why you believe in the DROW mission and how you think your new team will help us accomplish it.

This team would bring some acknowledgment to the BF H player base for its skill and team work. We will be feared by other clans we face and rise to the top for organized team play in the game. I do believe in the mission statement as I have seen in EQ how respected and feared we were when competing for high end content with other guilds.

Judging by current setup its hard to get 2 friends together on an active server let along a whole guild. The only way I can see that happening is if Drow rents a server. Then we can reserve VIP slots for our members and then we can just hop on and play together. Of course most likely once there's a group of us on we'll completely rape the other side and send them crying off to a diff server :P

Something tells me they will have a feature where u join a clan room and be able to enter a battle. Since this is still in beta I am thinking they will not mess with this until they actually release it.

play for 15 to 30 Min's with no commitment and its free

agreed, last night i was on my Soldier and i was pwning the charts. as soon as they fix this matchmaking problem, we're gonna pwn.

well you can rent servers on this game... so there has to be a plan to scrim with other clans.... or whats the use of renting servers. its just my thought on this.

demo brought up something to me.... If we get this going he brought up about having the same attire... that would mean throwin down some actual cash to do that... however the idea was thrown out there and it would rock to have everyone dressed the same while owning other clans. However we can probably just buy the VP items *regular combat uniforms*

Eh, I just mentioned us all using the trench that we we'd have an article of clothing as our "symbol" so to speak but still be able to individualize via the rest of the outfit and our names.

While it looks interesting. It seems to make you a target when you have that on. I know its a lot easier to gun down people in full white on the other team.

well since we're doing Nationals i broke down and bought another slot, i didn't know you couldn't delete toons :\ so since i was pwning so much with my soldier on the Royals side, i figured i'd have to create one for the Nationals, too bad i didnt know that before i created 4 toons lol.

Fun game, I played it a bit last night (all night) Look me up for games Kendg lvl9 gunner and xSparrow lvl 3 commando, on off darkfall times of course.

Side Note: Started with a gunner, changed to a comando thinking that sniper would be ftw, but screw that.... Run in guns blazing all day every day, bust up some tanks when you got some downtime... like coolaid....oh, yeah!

And the time between the rounds(not counting map change times) is like 15 seconds. Just enough time to maybe chug one beer, lol. I suppose we could count the wins in the 3 rounds of a map and chug during map load...

Females are in game now. Lots more maps. Tons of weapons still free to play but those who do spend the BFP get better weapons. Hackers use the run every server but things seem to be getting better. Still a fun game to play. I have 3 Royals and 1 Nat.

the game was a blast... and humorous at the same time; i had a hard time back in the day when i was playing darkfall; i would be harvesting and playing one of two games... either quake live/ BF heroes.. both a blast to kick some ass for a short amount of time.
