View Full Version : no new guild leader :( or maybe there is...
well, the voting system seems screwed up in swg again. i was the only one running, and had two votes, and it said the incumbent was victorious. it did allow me to vote for myself again, even though it said the elections were closed. who knows...
aha, it's just the typical general bugginess in action again. after elections closed, i was able to run again, and the next day i won the election. course, i may lose it again tomorrow... who knows, lol.

Hehe, he has fun watching me get my butt handed to me in my mining barge :D
micco, similar to your space combat woes, i also am having to relearn space combat tactics. they did a nerf on droid commands. the noticable hits are engine overload and weapon overload.
my oppressor with a 1250 energy, 49.5 recharge cap running capacitor overcharge 4 cannot keep up with a pair of experimental blasters (1900-3500/0.25) running only weapon overload 2 now. engine overload takes enough power to cripple some ships too, unless you have a monster reactor, and use eo2 or eo3 it seems.
nontheless, i'm still having fun. just sold a couple jetpacks, and i have almost got enough to make 5 pieces of mandalorian armor now. the loots for that are still pretty scarce. my 400+ million credit bank account doesn't really entice people to sell even, lol.
i had to find a new set of people to hang with though, since most all of you are gone now. :( that's the biggest difference. i see recursive & korvon on occasion, and i even chatted with wili a couple times, but that's about it.

I have to second that. I lived for the space stuff. There were lots of good times in the ol' Decimator. We got in way over our heads once and were lit up like a Christmas tree. I was trying to put out all the various plasma leaks when I passed Isvi on his way to the escape pods. Fortune smiled as he dropped from the gas before he could make it. Wretched, yellow-bellied lizard. Lessons learned:
1. Never trust a Trandoshan gunner.
2. Bring a doctor with fire suppression blankets.
3. Have the co-pilot on leak/repair duty with the appropriate repair goodies.
4. Be nice to Micco, for he makes the appropriate repair goodies.
5. Make sure the aforementioned co-pilot knows his way around the ship.

Gonna have to reword #4... I told him lastnight that I was still waiting on parts for my ships that I had ordered months before... it should read:
4. Keep annoying Micco to get the goodies you need/want.

No doubt he has the parts but you need a EvE account to get them.

yeah Snif lol, about as many of us are in EVE as in CoH.
The EVE team is in the middile of a PVP war as well, so things are really on edge as we are able to engage in PVP anywhere..including empire and our opponet has many months training over us..so a real challange as well.
