Client Chugging Along?

Is this an EVE Problem, or some weird issue with the Trial, or with my computers? I randomly .. Freeze, for lack of a better term, for about 5 seconds at a time.

The intervals are random. I thought it was just my system, but it does it on my wife's also, so I'm not quite sure what may be causing it. It's not causing any ... problems, but damn it's annoying. :P

That's not a problem I have been seeing. It may be related to the area of space you are in. How many are in local when you have this problem?

Usually not many - Most I've ever seen in local at once is about 100. It seems to happen the longer I'm in the game .. if I quit out and restart, It'll be good for about an hour or so, then start chugging along again.

I had inquired about it on Rookie Help, and got a lot of feedback about people bitching about some memory leak, but no definitive answers.

On a side note ... I've temporarily given up Combating Pirates in lieu of Mining the hell out of stuff. Easier work for about the same profit while I'm busy IRL. :)

I've managed to upgrade to a Cruiser. Slower than dirt, but much bigger loads. I think I'm going to go ahead and buy past Trial. I still don't know if it "LIKE" the game yet, but I defiantly don't dislike it as much as I did when I first tried. :)
