Virus Issues

Ok peeps here is what i am getting when i boot up

Error accessing System32/jojijaje.dll and system32/yosimanu.dll


I have the following spyware/malware programs

Avast
Superantispyware
malawarebytes
Spybot S&D
Smitfruadfix

I am having a hard time getting this virus's out my system even in safe mode.

I have seen others that i just havent downloaded

I just want this stuff gone from my system it boggs me down from 60 fps to 8 fps after about 20 mins of game play
