Considered picking it up but I have Fallout 3, Little Big Planet, Socom, Resistance 2, Valkryia Chronicles and Eternal Sonota to finish up so I'm well occupied atm!!!

Since when is EA suddenly the bastard for development? SOE Online is a different story but their track record is on destroying games after they go live.

EA produces solid games still. They just are despised because they have a huge hold on the market.

Sums it up. People cite EA's shittier releases when saying that EA's terrible, then ignore the better ones usually. EA's main issue is that their technical/customer support department is a collection of retards banging keyboard keys in random combinations.

games discussion, not companies. What else good/bad about the game? :-)

nothing is bad about this game in my opinion. It's incredibly immersive and does scare the hell out of me when playing it. The settings throughout the different parts of the ship are visually stunning, they put alot of work into the smallest of details. You have an enormous arsenal to pull from while in combat. You have a force-unleashed type ability, a bullet-time slowing ability, 4 unique weapons (w/ alternate fire modes) on your person (with others stored away that you can switch at a bank). The variety of weapons and upgrade abilities seem limitless (by use of node upgrades).

It does follow a storyline and therefore does have a linear structure, but you can explore a bit off the path. It's a tough game to put away, your thrown into this crazy intense storyline and you want to follow it through from start to finish. I will most likely play through the entire game a couple of times. Highly recommend picking this one up, especially if your into sci-fi horror thrillers, it's liked being tossed right into the lead role.

disagree, by the 30th time i had to go fix some random stupidass keycard i was over it, but for the first 1/2 or so it was good (to me), the whole "sorry but our princess is in another castle" bullshit got old fast
