I upgraded to an core2duo a few month and ago went with the Asus p5k/epu and absolutely hate it.
Anyone have experience with hardware of that nature?
Any recommendations are appreciated :)

I actually had some extra time on my hands today so I spent some time at tomshardware.com and read up a bit on the p5k boards and the e8400's
Turns out theres a ton of extra mobo settings that I wasnt turning on/off. I have been a AMD guy for as long as I can remember but decided to go with a core2duo setup for this upgrade and the asus mobos have about 100 more settings in the bios compared to the MSI boards I'm use to.
Anyway to cut to the chase I was able to get the cpu FSB to 420@3.8ghz stable with 1.3volts running 1:1 ratio with the RAM @ 840 2.0volts.
Not to shabby -sorry to clutter up the thread :)
