Everytime I bootup my computer my .wav sound on my pc is set to 0. So I have to turn it back up and for the life of me I can't figure out why its doing it. And yes all my drivers are updated
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you constantly have a music player application running? I once thought I had to reinstall drivers constantly when it was really just winamp messing with me.
Could open WMP, Winamp, Control Panel -> Sound, etc. Make sure everything is set to well above zero, double check all the advanced settings, as well as making sure whats listed is the one you want, ie OnBoard vs SB Audigy or whatever. Upon entering your OS again, open all of them again before adjusting sound anywhere. Then, if its Control Panel -> Sound that is set to zeroes, what is your sound card?

SB Audigy, not a 2 or Platinum or anything right?
What driver version are you using? Could try downgrading to the 2nd latest.
