New Computer Blues

My little brother's computer came in the mail yesterday. So far it's not been as easy a setup as my own.

First when we plugged all the stuff in.. it didn't turn on at all. Oops looks like we missed some stuff. Plugged them in, now the Mobo lights up the fans spin and it looks like it works.. but it does that for only 3-4 seconds.. then restarts itself. We never get anything on the monitor or any of that.

Anyone know what this means? I'm thinkin' bad processor?

Typicaly if it dosent post, it is usualy the processer. Could be that it's not corectly seated, a bent pin or just bad.

Thanks checked the processer and it was put in wrong fixed now thanks
