Imperial Base in Kintan, close to shuttleport???

I thought I would propose this idea to the city first, to get a feel for what Kintan's citizens think.

Would anyone mind if we dropped a Special Forces Detachment Headquarters in kintan?

There is room for the med center on the other side of the City Center Park...if you were to move your "museum/art gallery". I'll send an email out to the city to see what they have to say, and to let them know to hit the site to say. I'm sure we will need to call a City Hall meeting.

Storm is going to turn Justice into our military stronghold city. There are a couple rebel PVE bases outside of town that need to be cleared first....and then there is the matter of him needing to log in and direct that as it will be his town once the current mayor is leveled up to master. Storm can fill everyone in on the details.
