was the back not scratched off? that is weird..contact SOE..I hear they can get that fixed.

or make sure you typed the number in exact....a misstype could result in that error as well I would thnk.

They had a problem where they accidentally duplicated numbers a while back, it might just be a leftover from that. All you have to do is return it for a new one. My brother had this problem.
