for those that dont like to link to anything SOE related: :P
Late the other insomniac night while I was tossing and turning attempting to go to sleep I started thinking of a new unique idea to mark my city apart from the rest, I thought and the idea just sprang upon me, combine 4 theaters together into a stadium like structure, with a ring below for fighting. Combined with city decorations I could create a ring below for battling, while offering a truely unique enviroment to do pvp'ing from. I contacts some of my guild dancers, and sure enough two where able to transfer structures to their alts, free up all 10 lots, and place 2 theaters each.

Combined together, the city of hilltop Naboo of tempest has been able to assemble what I feel to be a truely beautiful and unique arena which I am hoping to house many pvp tournaments, as well as many other ideas I have been popping in my head. And so I welcome you to the Hilltop Arena.
The hilltop Arena is comprised of four Naboo Theaters, positioned together to enclose a rectangular area with elevated viewing from all sides. The stands are only one row because of the orientation of the theaters, however they offer a truely unique and impressive view of fighting that spectators have never had before. At the heart of the arena is the Ring, which consists of 12 lights, to create a 10 meter by 40 meter center of attention. While providing ample light during those dark nights, the lights also act as a boundry for any activities in teh theater. PvP tournament rules would state stepping outside of the boundries would be means for disqualification. The area is big enough for ranged fighting, while small enough to give meelee pvp'ers a fairly good chance. I also took advangtage of city decorations to create a more decorated entrance at each corner.

Further more, I took advantage of the theater back rooms to provide more ammenities. In the north and south theaters (which are at the long end of the rectangle) house a locker room, where teams can prep before battle. Offering a unique look and feel, and giving people of opposite sides a place they can call "home" during any tournaments, and not to mention offering a cool feel as two opposing sides make their way out of the locker rooms, along the side path way, past screaming fans, and onto the field of competition. The locker rooms consist of a simple locker area, a chalk board and chairs in case a team coach needs to make a battle plan, and a friendly helpful sign.
Inside the west theater, which is closest to the shuttle port, is what you might consider the lobby of the arena, here you can find a helpful information kiosk (which in the future will have backpacks with information written upon them, as well as a vendor who will be used for tournament registration, as well as the possibility of handeling bets during tournaments.
Soon the east theater will facilitate a medical center to help take care of any "accidents" that may occur from the high impact sport of dueling.
More to come, but I wished to share my vision with you all.
I think this would be great in both cities![/img]
